Casey DeSantis Campaigns With Long-Time Friend Nevada Candidate Adam Laxalt

LAS VEGAS (FLV) –  Florida First Lady Casey DeSantis campaigned with Nevada U.S. Senate Republican nominee Adam Laxalt at an event with the “Ladies for Laxalt” Coalition Friday.

DeSantis and Laxalt held a fireside chat with the hundreds of people to talk about the issues facing Nevadans.

“Nevada needs my good friend, Adam Laxalt, in the US Senate. Adam is a fighter who will ensure parents’ rights, protect communities, and preserve freedoms,” DeSantis said. “My husband, Governor Ron DeSantis, led the way for a bold agenda in Florida, and I know Nevada can count on Adam to do the same.”

Gov. Ron DeSantis had previously endorsed and campaigned with Laxalt.

“Nevada is ready for a change and the Ladies for Laxalt coalition is helping to lead our call for new leadership for Nevada. Florida is blunting the impact of the Biden administration’s failures and I’m proud to have the support of Governor Ron DeSantis and First Lady Casey DeSantis,” Laxalt said.

“Jaime and I enjoyed hosting First Lady DeSantis to feature the Florida playbook and to discuss the agenda that has protected freedoms and respected our rights. Together, we will put a stop to the failed Biden agenda and bring prosperity, safety and sanity back to Nevada,” Laxalt said.

Laxalt faces Democrat incumbent Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto.

Today’s event follows the Laxalt campaign’s previous Reno Ladies for Laxalt launch event in August.
