DeSantis-Endorsed School Board Candidates March to Victory
TALLAHASSEE (FLV) – As 2022 Midterm results roll in, 24 school board candidates endorsed by Gov. Ron DeSantis are claiming victory across the state.
DeSantis previously made the unprecedented move to endorse a slew of 30 school board candidates in the non-partisan races.
Nineteen of those candidates won the August Primary election outright and six faced off in the Midterm runoff election on Nov 8.
Preliminary county results shows the following five candidates won their runoff races. One race still remains too close to call.
