Drew-Montez Clark, co-host of Florida Conservative Voice’s Patriot Talk Show, has officially filed to primary Republican Mario Diaz-Balart in representing Florida’s 25th congressional district in the U.S. Congress.

The district covers parts of the Naples area in Southwest Florida, as far north as Lake Okeechobee, and eastward by parts of Miami. Clark’s campaign website outlines values and commitments if he becomes the 25th’s next U.S. Representative. He is pro-life, pro-second amendment, pro-God, pro-Trump, and pro-Constitution.

“We are in unprecedented times in American when honoring the constitution is what makes on unique,” Clark said to Florida’s Conservative Voice.

“We need patriots in congress who speak and vote their conservative values regardless of the pressure to do otherwise!” The primary challenger emerges as Diaz-Balart comes under fire for being a so-called RINO (Republican in Name Only), namely supporting measures to deprive Georgia Representative Margorie Taylor Greene (R) of her committee assignments.

Critics of Diaz-Balart point out his voting record on issues like that is on shaky ground with Trump-type populists, a vast majority of the modern Republican Party. Donald Trump received 70% of cast ballots at the Conservative Political Action Committee (CPAC) convention in Dallas.
