WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (FLV) – The blooming youth action organization Turning Point USA typically provides for a more electrifying political atmosphere than one gets at CPAC.

A jam packed weekend featuring two upcoming conferences hosted by both Turning Point USA and its 501(c)(4) arm Turning Point Action in the vibrant city of West Palm Beach should have some extra thrills as this is the first time the two sister organizations are hosting back-to-back events.

The organization’s mission statement is to “identify, educate, train, and organize students to promote the principles of freedom, free markets, and limited government.”

It also prides itself on “playing offense with a sense of urgency to win the culture war,” which makes it very popular on the right. But the right is at a crossroads, nothing exemplifies this more than what’s already been a bloody presidential primary but Turning Point USA continues to preach unity.

No one knows bloody more than Tucker Carlson and James O’Keefe, both recently ousted from their respective news companies and both enjoying success.

Carlson’s weekly Twitter podcast continues to amass more views than all cable news network’s prime slots combined and O’Keefe has launched his own investigative news company O’Keefe Media Group which hasn’t skipped a beat breaking viral stories including one about Carlson and Fox News.

Both are speaking at the TPUSA conferences in West Palm Beach.

With an impressive lineup of speakers including UFC Star Colby Covington, the inspiration for Blockbuster movie Sound of Freedom Tim Ballard, and comedian JP Sears joining stalwart conservatives like Steve Bannon and critical theory de-bunker James Lindsay the conference has the makings to be an unforgettably unique experience.

Also joining the fun is a star studded lineup of congressional figures highlighted by House Republicans Matt Gaetz, Anna Paulina Luna, Byron Donald, Lauren Boebert as well as senators Josh Hawley, Ted Cruz, J.D. Vance and more.

How do they do it?

Their fundraising prowess certainly helps. TPUSA hauled in over $80 million last year, an increase from $55 million in 2022, the 46% jump during the recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic is a jaw-dropping figure. TPUSA’s ability to fundraise stems from activism and media imprint taking lead on a wide range of issues from the World Economic Forum’s sway over U.S. domestic policy to scrutinizing calls to allow children to begin the medical process of “changing genders” without parental consent.

Students who will be honored at the first conference named CLS2023 (Chapter Leadership Summit) can expect to experience the allure of West Palm’s beaches from within the convention center as Turning Point is rumored to be importing sand into the building.

Attendees of the second conference called ActCon2023 will be offered interactive workshops and exhibits at an event Turning Point Action has dubbed the most important event of the 2024 newscycle.

The Chapter Leadership Summit is scheduled from July 12-14 and ActCon2023 is slated for July 15-16.

Although technically unaffiliated, a fixture of Turning Point events are after parties in celebration of “journalistic excellence” hosted by James O’Keefe. These gatherings hosted by O’Keefe aren’t the usual soirees one would expect at a political conference.

Parties like the O’Keefe Academy Launch happening in between both conferences on Friday at an undisclosed location in West Palm has been described by Rolling Stone as an “unforgettable experience.” At the event you can expect to rub shoulders with members of congress and other special guests in celebration of the launch of O’Keefe’s curriculum for his army of citizen journalists.

All eyes, however, will be on the 2024 presidential race. Former President Donald Trump is attending the conference and speaking along with hopefuls former Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson, Miami Mayor Francis Suarez and entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy.

It is also notable that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is still not confirmed.

Turning Point USA Founder Charlie Kirk tweeted out the status of other candidates’ presence at the conference, and should DeSantis move from the “TBD” category to “confirmed,” he’ll certainly make headlines.

If you want to immerse yourself in all that comes with the Turning Point Conference experience, tickets are still on sale.
