BOCA RATON (FLV) – Florida First Lady Casey DeSantis toured across Florida to launch the campaign’s new initiative ‘Mamas for DeSantis,’ which aims to rally support among Floridian “grandmamas and abuelas and foster mamas” behind her husband.
“We are here launching Mamas for DeSantis for the grandmamas, abuelas, foster mamas, because we have to win a slam-dunk election to Keep Florida Free,” DeSantis said.
“We want to leave Florida better than how we found it. We want to leave Florida to God better than how we found it. We want our kids to be able to have a better Florida and Governor DeSantis will ensure the American Dream is alive and well in the state of Florida,” she continued.
Over the last week, DeSantis toured Boca Raton, Niceville, Jacksonville, Tampa, and Miami.
Casey DeSantis is touting Gov. Ron DeSantis to Florida women to encourage getting involved in their re-election campaign. The campaign’s goal is to sign up millions of Florida mothers across the state.
The campaign officially launched the new initiative on June 22nd, remarking that, “Florida mamas can count on Governor DeSantis to keep our families safe and our freedoms protected.”

Her husband said he is “proud to have Casey by my side, and I am grateful for the example she sets for our three children.”
“I am excited to work alongside her as we launch the biggest parental rights movement in history.”
DeSantis’ new effort will “directly engage with parents and families who want their voices heard.” A press release said the campaign will feature paid media, direct mail, digital advertising, and state-wide events.
Those who join can help the Governor get re-elected via door knocking and helping with events, the website says.
The Governor has made education and parental rights a forefront of his agenda. Earlier this year, DeSantis signed the Parental Rights in Education Act. DeSantis worked to keep schools open to in-person learning while Democrats supported keeping them closed or remote-only.
Casey DeSantis defeated cancer earlier this year. In her time as First Lady, she has launched several initiatives like Resiliency Florida, Hope Florida, and The Facts. Your Future.
