FORT MYERS, FL – Florida’s Conservative Voice has obtained an image of an Instagram story advertisement from the official Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) Instagram account, @fgcu

The advertisement is promoting an event from the Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance titled “Nice White Ladies: The Truth about White Supremacy.”

The description of the campus’ event reads “Join us as well known author Jessie Daniels addresses some hard truths about race, feminism, privilege and much more.”

Jessie Daniels has made many problematic statements relating to race and gender.

She insulted columnist Michelle Goldberg, who has denounced cancel culture, by saying that Goldberg “keeps failing up like a mediocre white man.”

On October 8, Daniels Tweeted commented on a story that involved a New Hampshire woman accused of telling a young boy that she would “kneel on his neck,” saying, “the article should identify the race of the woman.”

On October 2, Daniels Tweeted that “true crime is a white woman’s genre.”

Daniels believes that one of the foundations of “white supremacy” is “The Gender Binary.”

Conservatives are upset that FGCU, a public university utilizing taxpayer funds, is promoting someone who utilizes anti-white rhetoric.

The event is scheduled for Tuesday, October 19th.
