Editor’s note: While the Florida GOP did select Barron Trump as a delegate, the Washington Examiner reports that the former president’s youngest son has turned down the invite.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Republican Party of Florida finalized its list of all the delegates it will be sending to the Republican National Convention.

The list included Barron Trump, the youngest son of former President Donald Trump.

Besides Barron Trump and significant elected officials from across the state, the former president’s other two sons, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, will be “at-large” delegates. Kimberly Guilfoyle, the fiancée of Trump Jr., is also on the list.

“We are fortunate to have a great group of grassroots leaders, elected leaders and members of the Trump family working together as part of the Florida delegation to the 2024 Republican National Convention,” party Chairman Evan Power said.

“The RPOF is ready for a great convention in Milwaukee, but more importantly, we are excited as we continue to lay the groundwork in Florida for success,” he said. “Mark my words, we are going to win and we will win big in November!”

Eric Trump has been assigned as the delegation chair, while Guilfoyle was placed on the platform committee.

Other delegates include Chief Financial Officer Jimmy Patronis and Agriculture Commissioner Wilton Simpson, as well as a slew of legislators serving as representatives for both “at-large” and congressional districts.

Some significant legislative delegates included early endorsers of the former president, such as state Sens. Joe Gruters, R-Sarasota, and Debbie Mayfield, R-Melbourne, as well as Reps. Juan Porras, R-Miami, Randy Fine, R-Palm Bay, and David Borrero, R-Sweetwater.
