TALLAHASSEE (FLV) –  Attorney General Ashley Moody launched a new website to promote heroic stories from Florida law enforcement officers in the line of duty.

You can view the stories at BeAFloridaHero.com.

“As we bring an end to National Police Week in Florida, I am launching a new webpage to continue highlighting the heroic actions of Florida’s courageous law enforcement officers,” Moody said.

Some of the stories include officers saving people from burning cars and homes, video of the state trooper crashing into a drunk driver to save runners in a 5K, and an officer delivering a doordash order after arresting a driver.

“Hero Headlines is full of amazing stories of Florida’s finest. These officers go above and beyond the call of duty to protect and serve, and we want to make sure people hear about the good work they are doing.”

The website also provides an interactive map where people can see what job opportunities are available.
