Penny Taylor Slams Dan Kowal for Ties to Fallen Officers Foundation Despite Her Stage Appearance With the Group

NAPLES (FLV) – Penny Taylor, in her bid for re-election as Collier County Commissioner in district 4, slammed opponent Daniel Kowal for having associated himself with the Fallen Officers Association.

The Fallen Officers Association, currently under investigation into their finances, also hosted Penny Taylor on stage. She presented Fallen Officer scholarships at an event for the group.
