POLL: DeSantis Least Unfavorable Among Biden, Trump, Major Parties, and Disney

NEW YORK (FLV) – According to a new poll from NBC News, Gov. Ron DeSantis is the least unpopular among various major figures, organizations, and institutions in the United States. NBC polled 1,000 U.S. adults.

DeSantis had only 26% view him negatively among the poll respondents, the lowest among American figures. 28% viewed him positively – a lower total because of his recent and rapid rise to relevance as Governor of Florida.

In comparison, the Walt Disney Company, which has been under fire by DeSantis and other Florida Republicans for vowing to repeal the Parental Rights in Education law, had a 30% negative rating, 4% more than DeSantis.

However, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy had a lower negativity rating, at only 9%.

The Democrat Party was more unpopular than the Republican Party, with 50% viewing them negatively to the Republicans’ 46%. Of the options, the Democrats had the largest net negative rating,.

President Joe Biden and Former President Donald Trump both had a 51% negativity rating. Trump had a 36% positive rating while Biden had 37%.

Vice President Kamala Harris had only 31% positive to 48% negative, the largest net negative rating among the poll’s figures.

According the Real Clear Politics aggregate, DeSantis has a handy lead over Democrat opponents in the 2022 election, leading Charlie Crist by 8.8 points and Nikki Fried by 12.8 points.
