“These candidates will ensure our students succeed, protect parental rights in education, and combat the woke agenda from infiltrating public schools at the local school board level. The DeSantis campaign announced the launch of the “DeSantis Education Agenda: Putting Students First, Protecting Parents’ Rights” initiative in June. School board candidates and members can take a survey to see how they align with the governor’s agenda.
The survey includes questions about teacher compensation, workforce development, masking in schools, school choice, increasing school safety measures, banning Critical Race Theory (CRT), and curriculum transparency with parents.
