Prominent Leftists Spread Misleadingly Cropped Photo of Madison Cawthorn with Married Women

NAPLES (FCV) – Prominent left-wing social media accounts Ron Filipkowski and Occupy Democrats spread a misleading photo on social media depicting U.S. Representative Madison Cawthorn (R-NC) with his arms around two married women to lead viewers to believe he was “dealing with the pain of his marital separation.”

The photo was misleadingly cropped. On the left is Erika Donalds, the wife of U.S. Representative Byron Donalds (R-FL), and on the right is Ashley Gerry, a married Southwest Florida woman who attends FCV events.

Below is the full photo, showing the photo was actually a group setting with other friends present, such as FCV Founder and Editor-In-Chief Brendon Leslie, Byron Donalds, Rogan O’Handley (DC Draino), and X-Strategies’ CEO Alex Bruesewitz:

The conservative friends were hanging out at a private get-together after the Patriot Talk Show, where Cawthorn and DC Draino were guests.

The fake left-wing narrative included Gerry, who lives largely out of the public limelight compared to Cawthorn. Conservatives are regularly calling out these misleading stories spread by leftist figures online – Florida is host to regular media manipulation.
