WASHINGTON, D.C. – Florida Republican Sen. Rick Scott gained the endorsement of every Florida Republican member of Congress on Tuesday.

Scott is slated to face Democrat Debbie Mucarsel-Powell in November, a former U.S. representative.

“It’s truly an honor to be endorsed by so many incredible Florida leaders who are making the difference in the direction our country is headed,” Scott said. “We are partners fighting to make Washington work for Florida families and, together, we are taking on the Democrats tax and spend agenda which has wreaked havoc on families and small businesses and caused skyrocketing inflation across our state.”

“We are trying to stop the insane open borders agenda of Joe Biden and fight all attempts by Congressional Democrats to try and turn Florida into a woke, socialist nightmare that we see today in many blue states,” he said.

Below is the full list of the Republican members of Congress.

  • Sen. Marco Rubio
  • Rep. Matt Gaetz
  • Rep. Neal Dunn
  • Rep. Kat Cammack
  • Rep. Aaron Bean
  • Rep. John Rutherford
  • Rep. Michael Waltz
  • Rep. Cory Mills
  • Rep. Bill Posey
  • Rep. Daniel Webster
  • Rep. Gus Bilirakis
  • Rep. Anna Paulina Luna
  • Rep. Laurel Lee
  • Rep. Vern Buchanan
  • Rep. Greg Steube
  • Rep. Scott Franklin
  • Rep. Byron Donalds
  • Rep. Brian Mast
  • Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart
  • Rep. Maria Elvira Salazar
  • Rep. Carlos Gimenez

Scott said he is “proud” to stand with his fellow Floridians in looking forward to November.

Rubio, Scott’s counterpart in D.C., said Scott was an “outstanding governor” and is a good partner in the Senate.

“Rick is focused on putting America first, and I look forward to him continuing to be a close partner with me in the Senate,” Rubio said.

The congress members had kind words for Scott as well, with Gaetz calling the senator a “fighter who will always put Florida first.”

Bilirakis said Scott is a “true patriot” who “doesn’t wait to act.”

Scott has gained an increasingly lengthy slate of endorsements: former President Donald Trump, Florida sheriffs, state lawmakers, farmers and Agriculture Commissioner Wilton Simpson and more.
