BEDMINSTER, N.J. (FLV) – Former President Donald Trump launched his New Hampshire “Veterans for Trump Coalition” Tuesday with U.S. Rep. Brian Mast, R-Fla.

Mast is an Afghanistan War Veteran.

In a statement, the campaign listed 120 “distinguished Veterans” from New Hampshire endorsing Trump’s White House bid.

Hillsborough County, New Hampshire attorney and Marine Corps Veteran John Coughlin said when Trump was president,” our nation’s veterans had a leader fighting to ensure that their services and sacrifices to our country were honored.”

“President Trump has always been a champion for the men and women who served our nation by ensuring they received great care, benefits, and jobs,” he continued. “He held corrupt government bureaucrats accountable for their lack of care and made sure the VA was treating veterans with honor and dignity.”

Coughlin is the co-chair of New Hampshire Veterans for Trump.

His campaign pointed to actions Trump took when he was president from 2017-2021, such as the VA Accountability and the Veterans Appeals Improvement Acts, the VA Choice and VA MISSION Acts, along with his Forever G.I. Bill.

New Hampshire state Rep. and Air Force Veteran Joe Pitre, also a co-chair of New Hampshire Veterans for Trump, said the former president “fights every day for America’s veterans and their families.”

“We are now uniting to send President Trump back to the White House,” Pitre said.

The Trump campaign said on his first day in office, he will “reverse the disastrous policies of the Biden Administration and once again put our nation’s veterans first.”

They also named the honorary chair of New Hampshire Veterans for Trump in former state Rep. Al Baldasaro, a Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.

The full list of veterans can be viewed below, released by campaign spokeswoman Liz Harrington.
