Biological Male Reportedly Kicked Out Of Cape Coral Nightclub After Using Women’s Restroom

CAPE CORAL (FLV) – A biological male who identifies as a woman was reportedly kicked out of a Cape Coral nightclub for using the women’s restroom.

Piper Ayers is a transgender woman who used the women’s restroom, security told Ayers to use the men’s restroom, according to NBC2.

Security reportedly said they don’t allow men to use the women’s restroom and said they look at a person’s ID. The gender and name had not been changed on Ayers’ ID. Ayers was reportedly wearing a crop top, skirt, and heels at Dixie Roadhouse.

Others at the nightclub reportedly told the security guards that Ayers should be allowed to use the women’s bathroom since Ayers identifies as a woman. Ayers was then moved through the front door of the establishment and told to leave.

Dixie Roadhouse management told NBC2 they did not want to comment on the allegations. A Dixie Roadhouse signs tells people not to enter if they are racist, sexist, homophobic, or just a jerk.
