WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (FLV) – Former President Donald Trump expressed strong concerns over the potential admission of Ukraine into the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, or NATO.

The former president spoke to alleged corruption within President Joe Biden’s family and the risk of dragging the United States into a catastrophic global conflict.

Trump accused Biden of being “corrupt” and accepting millions of dollars in bribes from foreign nations, namely China and Ukraine.

According to Trump, these allegations of corruption raise serious doubts about Biden’s ability to make sound decisions regarding international relations, particularly with respect to Ukraine’s NATO membership bid.

“The notion that we would even consider admitting Ukraine into NATO at this time is completely unhinged,” Trump asserted in the video, urging caution against such a move.

He further emphasized that the current administration is “incompetent” and cannot be trusted to handle delicate foreign policy matters, especially those involving nuclear-armed nations like Russia and China.

“Joe Biden can’t even walk up a flight of stairs on Air Force One and he can’t put two sentences together,” Trump said in the video. “The last thing that this incompetent administration should be doing is risking war with a nuclear armed Russia, or China, or other countries.”

Pentagon spokesperson John Kirby disputed the allegations against Biden, saying there is “nothing to these claims.”

Regarding Ukraine’s potential NATO membership, the issue has been contentious.

Supporters argue that integrating Ukraine into the alliance would strengthen the security of Eastern Europe and counter Russian aggression, particularly in light of Russia’s annexation of Crimea and ongoing conflict in Ukraine.

On the other hand, opponents fear such a move could escalate tensions with Russia and threaten regional stability.

As the international community observes developments in the region closely, the future of Ukraine-NATO relations remains uncertain.
