MIAMI (FLV) – Former President Donald Trump said he is rallying with U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio in Miami on Nov. 6, two days before the Nov. 8 election.

The rally will take place at 5 p.m. EST.

The 45th president will host a “Get Out the Vote Rally” as part of a pre-election tour across the country.

Trump will also hold rallies in Sioux City, Iowa; Latrobe, Pennsylvania; and Dayton, Ohio.

There was no mention of Gov. Ron DeSantis attending the rally. Both GOP figures said publicly they get along, but media outlets like POLITICO call the rally an “apparent snub” that “angered some people within DeSantis’ orbit.”

POLITICO says DeSantis “could be Trump’s potential 2024 rival for the GOP presidential nomination,” despite DeSantis repeatedly laughing off a run, even at the gubernatorial debate when Democrat Charlie Crist asked him directly about his aspirations.

“If you’re re-elected, you will serve a full four year term as governor – yes or no?” Crist asked. “I know that Charlie’s interested in talking about 2024 and Joe Biden, but I just want to make things very, very clear,” DeSantis said in response. “The only worn out old donkey I’m looking to put out to pasture is Charlie Crist.”

Rubio is facing off against U.S. Rep. Val Demings, a Democrat, in November’s election. The race in Florida is not particularly competitive, most polls show, in comparison to other states like Arizona, Nevada, and Pennsylvania. Rubio leads by an average of 7.4 points.
