DeSantis reacts to discovery of Chinese biolab: ‘Unacceptable’

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (FLV) – The shocking revelation of an illegal and dangerous China-linked biolab in California has sparked outrage and concern across the nation.

Reacting strongly to the alarming discovery, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis voiced his staunch opposition to any China-backed bioexperiments on American soil, promising to take decisive action to safeguard the country against such threats.

“This is an unacceptable revelation about a dangerous China-linked biolab in our own backyard,” DeSantis said in a tweet. “In Florida, we ejected the CCP. As President, I will ensure there will be NO China-backed bioexperimentation happening on American soil.”

The company’s unauthorized bioengineering and infection of nearly 1,000 mice with various diseases, including Covid-19, HIV, and malaria, has raised serious questions about the potential risks posed to public health and national security.

In response to the news, Governor DeSantis emphasized the importance of strong leadership in confronting such threats and protecting American interests.

He highlighted the critical need for stringent measures to ensure that no China-backed bioexperimentation occurs within the United States, echoing the sentiment of many concerned citizens who fear the implications of unchecked foreign entities engaging in sensitive research on American soil.
